The weather wasn’t the all that great when we were at the beach last month, but we were treated to a gorgeous sunrise on our last morning at Ocean Isle Beach.

There were low clouds on the horizon out to sea, but the sky above was clear and beautiful. We were able to watch as the sky brightened and the sun made its appearance.

As the sun moved above the horizon, it sent a path of light straight toward us. While that made it hard to leave, it certainly gave us something to look forward to when we go back.

That is beautiful, George. And look at the wonderful reflection too. It always cracks me up to see a sunrise over the ocean when we have sunset over the ocean. It tickles me. MB

George, those are lovely captures of the sunrise! I think my favourite is the first one, just the way the water is catching the orange glow from the sky!!
