Skywatch Friday: Galveston Sunset

This picture was taken on Galveston Island, Texas, in 2007 before Hurricane Ike did so much damage on the island.  I like the silhouettes of the palm trees against sunset afterglow.

    Very pretty sunset! The silhouettes are really pretty, as you say. If it wasn’t for hurricanes, Galveston would be a nicer place 🙂

    Sitting here by the window watching big, bouncy snowflakes outside and then looked on your blog and thought, “What’s wrong with my eyes!” LOL Fun flakes falling on your palm tree silhouette pic is great!
